KI-Beratung und Implementierung im Nordwesten
AI consulting and implementation in the North-West
Void-Main IT-Consulting is based in Aurich — not Berlin, not Munich, but where the companies are for which AI isn't a conference topic but a question of cost, control and responsibility. I advise on and build AI systems for companies in East Frisia, the Emsland, the Oldenburg region and around Bremen — reachable on site, and remotely just as well.
Wer hier sitzt

Drei Einstiege
Drei klar abgegrenzte Startpunkte.
| Einstieg | Was drin ist |
|---|---|
| Pilot / Proof of Value | Ein echter Anwendungsfall in Liefer-Qualität statt Demo — z.
Was „Lieferung statt Demo“ konkret heißt, steht auf KI-Implementierung.

Who's based here
The North-West isn't an IT cluster, and yet there's more engineering here than outsiders assume. Wind energy — turbine builders, suppliers, maintenance — sitting on sensor data almost nobody analyses. Maritime suppliers and shipyards whose design and inspection knowledge lives in PDFs and people's heads. Ports and logistics, where every misrouted run costs money. An agricultural industry caught between bureaucracy and biology. And a Mittelstand that often has no IT department, just one person who does "the computer stuff" on the side.
The same holds for all of them: the data is there. What's missing is someone to turn it into something usable — without selling a data centre nobody needs.
Why data sovereignty matters here
If you supply wind, marine or automotive in the North-West, you've signed contracts that make the word "cloud" difficult. Design data, inspection records, customer specifics — none of that belongs with a US provider unasked. That's exactly where I come in: AI that runs on your own hardware, or in an environment you control. No data leaving the building as the price for a bit of automation.
This isn't a theoretical stance. I run my own self-hosted multi-GPU LLM stack and have taken an agentic analysis pipeline into production in automotive — where raw data isn't allowed to leave the premises. What works on-premise and what doesn't, I know from operating it, not from a whitepaper.
More on this on the Sovereign AI on-premise page.
Three ways in
Three clearly bounded starting points. I quote concrete prices on request — fixed price or time-and-materials, depending on scope.
| Entry point | What's included |
|---|---|
| AI assessment | Go through your actual cases, check feasibility, clarify the data-sovereignty angle — an honest basis for a decision, not a slide deck. Compact, usually half a day to a day. |
| Pilot / proof of value | One real use case at delivery quality rather than a demo — e.g. RAG over your document knowledge or one agentic step, on suitable infrastructure. |
| Implementation & operation | Integration into your existing systems until it holds. Optionally self-hosted, optionally handed over to your team. |
What "delivery, not demo" means in practice is on AI implementation.
